The objective of these surveys, conducted twice a year, is to measure the client’s level of satisfaction with the
care and services provided by the staff of the NPP program. This information is used to assess from a clients perspective,
the quality of the interactions with the staff to their needs and comfort, the significance of the therapeutic experience
and the value they place to treatment as a learning experience. Data are collected twice a year using an anonymous data collection
instrument.
The conclusions of the finding of the survey conducted September 2005 are presented in Appendix A of the is report, which
has attached a table summarizing conducted within the past five years to illustrate trends.
