An external audit was conducted by the state authority in November 2005. This was an unannounced annual audit that is conducted annually. The audit’s focus was compliance with state and federal regulations. A state outcome report is on file. An external inspection of our facility was conducted by the Los Angeles County Fire Department in October 2005. The report states our facility is in compliance with Los Angeles County Fire Department’s codes and standards relating to fire safety. A Risk Management and Safety in the work place inspection was conducted in December 2005. Report is on file.
