The main focus of NPP is the treatment
of heroin and other opiod dependence using as a therapeutic tool Narcotic Replacement Therapy.
The program serves patients in the greater East Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Care is provided to adults older than 18 regardless race, sex, sexual orientation or religious persuasion. Pregnant women have full access to our program and special attention is give to their special circumstances
and needs.

- HIV Testing & Hepatitis B Immunization
- Family Planning-PACT
- Individual & Group Counseling
- Drug Screen Testing
- Mental Health Services
- DMV, & Back to School Physical Examinations
- Case Management that includes networking with Parole, Probation,
Drug Court, Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, EDD as well as with numerous
communities based social and medical programs. It is to be noted pregnant women
have full access tour program and special attention is given to their special needs.
Program services hours and days are
Monday through Fridays 5:00am TO 2:00pm, A 24-hour emergency phone services is available.
LOCATION
942 S. Atlantic Blvd. Los Angeles,
CA 90022. The clinic is located just south of Whittier Blvd. on Atlantic Blvd. There is a bank across the street from the clinic and several other businesses on
both sides of the street.
FEES
Patient care fees are covered by Medi-Cal, Medi-Care, private insurance and a sliding fee scale.
