The program employs 17 professional
staff persons. An Executive Director appointed by the Board of Directors is responsible
for the direction and management of the program. The Executive Director is a
professional with considerable experience in the management of substance abuse programs and knowledge of the community.
The medical staffing include, a Medical
Director who is a physician Board Certified in Psychiatry with extensive training and clinical and research experience in
the field of addiction medicine. A Physician Assistant, two LVN Nurses and Medical
Assistance complement the medical staff.
The counseling staff consists of a
court liaison/counselor, an intake counselor and four case manager counselors. The
counselors and case managers are full time and have training and experience in the field of substance treatment.
The administrative staff consists
of an Accountant/bookkeeper who serves as Office Manager and a Front Office Administrative Assistant.
A Certified Public Accountant is consulted
on a quarterly basis and/or as needed and two volunteer attorneys provide legal support.
The program’s staff
tenure pattern has been stable. During the year 2005, four staff members joined
the program and 3 left to pursue other occupational interest.
